Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for high-demand roles in technology, finance, and healthcare
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key hiring managers at top Dallas-Fort Worth companies
- Manage full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends and salary benchmarks to provide data-driven hiring recommendations
- Maintain a 90%+ placement satisfaction rate through exceptional candidate-client matching
- Drive new business development through targeted outreach and networking events
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize our ATS workflow for maximum efficiency
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing candidates in technical or professional roles
- Strong network of connections within the Fort Worth business community
- Expertise in Boolean search techniques and major job board platforms
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation a plus
