Responsibilities
- Source and screen high-caliber candidates across diverse industries
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with corporate clients in Georgia
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from intake to placement
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging talent trends
- Drive business development through proactive client outreach
- Maintain accurate candidate and client data in our ATS
- Mentor junior recruiters on best practices in recruitment
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in agency or corporate recruitment
- Proven track record of meeting placement targets
- Strong understanding of Georgia's job market dynamics
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional Recruiter (CPC/SPHR) certification preferred
