Responsibilities
- Strategic candidate sourcing and relationship building for executive-level roles
- Full-cycle recruitment management including interview coordination and offer negotiations
- Client partnership development to understand evolving talent needs
- Market trend analysis to inform recruitment strategies and compensation benchmarks
- Team leadership and mentorship of junior recruitment consultants
- Optimization of applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technology
- Performance tracking against KPIs including placement rates and client satisfaction
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of high-volume recruitment experience in NYC market
- Proven expertise in technical, financial, or creative talent acquisition
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Valid New York State staffing agency license
- Track record of meeting/exceeding recruitment targets
- Strong network of industry professionals and passive candidates
