Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for high-demand roles in tech, finance, and creative industries
- Develop and nurture relationships with Fortune 500 clients in the LA metro area
- Execute targeted sourcing strategies using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Lead candidate assessments and interview coordination with hiring teams
- Drive market intelligence initiatives to identify emerging talent trends
- Maintain 95%+ client satisfaction through proactive communication
- Collaborate with team to optimize recruitment workflows and CRM utilization
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in tech, finance, or creative talent acquisition
- Strong network of passive candidates in Southern California
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Bullhorn)
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent searches simultaneously
- BA/BS in Human Resources, Business, or related field
