- Lead full-cycle recruitment from job requisition to offer acceptance
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies leveraging market intelligence and networking
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through exceptional service and timely placements
- Train and mentor junior recruiters on best practices and compliance
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize performance and ROI
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in applicant tracking systems and recruitment technology
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
