- Full-cycle recruitment strategy development for Fortune 500 clients
- Proactive candidate sourcing across LinkedIn, Indeed, and niche job boards
- Client relationship management with 15+ active accounts
- Technical interview coordination and candidate assessment
- Market trend analysis to inform recruitment strategies
- Onboarding support for placed candidates
- Recruitment CRM management and pipeline optimization
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency/corporate recruitment with tech focus
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse or Workday preferred)
- Strong network of tech and healthcare professionals
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Ohio staffing license or ability to obtain immediately
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
