Responsibilities
- Source, interview, and place high-caliber candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with key corporate clients
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including job requisition, candidate screening, and onboarding
- Leverage advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter) to identify passive talent
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable recruitment insights to clients
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through exceptional communication and follow-up
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 3+ years of corporate or agency recruitment experience
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, Workday)
- Strong network within Austin's tech and business communities
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) designation preferred
- Ability to travel to client sites and industry events (10-15%)
