Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified candidates for permanent and contract roles in technology, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand staffing needs
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding
- Leverage data analytics to optimize recruitment strategies and fill positions 20% faster
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal revenue targets
- Implement innovative sourcing techniques including AI-powered recruitment tools
- Drive client satisfaction through exceptional service and proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across multiple industries
- Strong network of Charlotte-based professionals and corporate contacts
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever)
