Responsibilities
- Develop and execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-volume and executive-level positions
- Build and maintain robust talent pipelines through strategic sourcing, networking, and digital campaigns
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments aligned with client specifications
- Forge and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at partner organizations
- Analyze market trends to inform competitive compensation packages and talent acquisition tactics
- Manage end-to-end placement processes while ensuring 95% client satisfaction
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize agency recruitment technologies
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of placing 50+ candidates annually across diverse industries
- Advanced proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building abilities
- SHRM-SCP or CERP certification strongly preferred
- Deep knowledge of San Antonio's talent market and local business ecosystem
