Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strategic relationships with corporate clients across Charlotte's key industries
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates in contract-to-hire and permanent roles
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies leveraging market intelligence and networking
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process including offer negotiation and onboarding
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable talent solutions to clients
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication and follow-up
- Collaborate with internal team to optimize recruitment workflows and technology
Qualifications
- 5+ years of staffing/recruitment experience with corporate or agency background
- Proven track record of exceeding placement KPIs in competitive markets
- Deep network of Charlotte-area professionals in finance, tech, or healthcare
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical abilities to interpret talent market data and client needs
- SHRM-SCP or CSP certification preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
