Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to identify, screen, and secure top talent for client placements.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding.
- Build and maintain a robust network of passive candidates and industry contacts.
- Foster strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific workforce needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to track candidate progress.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment or account management within the staffing sector.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Strong knowledge of the Houston, TX job market and industry trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
