Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy scalable software solutions for enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure best practices and code quality.
- Identify and fix performance bottlenecks and technical debt in existing systems.
- Participate in agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Ensure application security, scalability, and reliability across all environments.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Python, or Java.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven experience with database management systems (SQL, MongoDB, or PostgreSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.
