Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern programming languages.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to define and implement new features.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure best practices for coding, testing, and debugging.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to ensure system stability.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to the technical documentation of our architecture.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Java, Python, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of software architecture.
- Experience with SQL and relational database management systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
