Responsibilities
- Sourcing Strategy: Utilize advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms (LinkedIn, Indeed) to identify and engage passive candidates in the Mesa area.
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the entire recruitment lifecycle, from screening and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs and culture.
- Market Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends in the Arizona labor market to provide market insights and salary benchmarking.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct efficient interviews, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
- Offer Management: Negotiate offers and close placements with a focus on retention and long-term placement success.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Local Knowledge: Strong understanding of the Mesa, AZ job market and professional network.
- ATS Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and CRM software.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Self-Motivation: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement quotas in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred.
