Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various industries, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and closing.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize advanced search techniques on LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards to identify and engage passive candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific needs and culture.
- Candidate Assessment: Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure a perfect fit for both the candidate and the client.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with salary trends and labor market insights in the San Diego area to provide competitive offers.
- Onboarding Support: Assist new hires with the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition into their new roles.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or human resources.
- San Diego Knowledge: Deep understanding of the local San Diego job market and industry landscape.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional, high-conversion tone.
- Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Drive: Self-motivated with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
