Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize creative sourcing strategies, including social media, networking, and job boards, to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide consultative hiring solutions.
- Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews, providing feedback to candidates and internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless experience.
- Market Analysis: Stay current on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to advise our clients effectively.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a high degree of professionalism.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Drive: A proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales and hiring targets.
- Location: Must reside in or within commuting distance of Fresno, CA.
