Responsibilities
- Execute the full lifecycle of recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques and social media platforms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific talent needs and culture.
- Negotiate salary and offer packages to secure top talent and ensure client satisfaction.
- Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Conduct onboarding sessions and orientation for new hires to ensure seamless integration.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed).
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Strong negotiation skills and a high level of professionalism.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
