Responsibilities
- Client Acquisition: Develop and maintain strong relationships with local businesses to identify hiring needs and expand our client base.
- Talent Sourcing: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage passive candidates in the San Antonio market.
- Screening & Interviewing: Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess candidate skills, cultural fit, and career goals.
- Placement Management: Manage the full lifecycle of the placement, from offer negotiation to onboarding support.
- Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to provide expert advice to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or B2B sales.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade.
- Tools: Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced, commission-driven environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
