Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various channels including LinkedIn, job boards, and networking events.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for client accounts, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and hiring managers.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs and business goals.
- Develop and execute creative recruiting strategies to attract passive candidates.
- Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a commission-based role.
