Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various methods including social media, job boards, and direct networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from requisition intake to successful onboarding.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs, culture, and business objectives.
- Conduct market research to identify industry trends and salary benchmarks.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop recruitment strategies and secure new business opportunities.
- Provide exceptional candidate and client experiences throughout the hiring process.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a polished professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Salesforce, Bullhorn).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
