Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential candidates through various channels, including LinkedIn, networking events, and job boards.
- Conduct thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and market trends.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- Analyze market data to provide strategic insights to clients regarding salary benchmarks and talent acquisition.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and expand our footprint in the NYC market.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field (preferred).
- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or sales (candidates with a proven track record are highly encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Bullhorn, Salesforce).
- Self-motivated with a proven ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
