Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for high-volume and executive-level roles.
- Source passive candidates through advanced research, social media, and networking strategies.
- Conduct rigorous screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients to understand their evolving business needs.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective consultative selling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize hiring processes and improve placement rates.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients to facilitate informed hiring decisions.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or account management within the US market.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and recruitment targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional demeanor.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple high-priority searches simultaneously.
- A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings.
