Responsibilities
- Sourcing, screening, and interviewing high-quality candidates across various industries.
- Managing the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from job posting to offer negotiation.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and clients.
- Utilizing social media and professional networks to identify passive talent.
- Conducting market research to understand salary benchmarks and trends.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop new business opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or staffing (Agency experience preferred).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and recruitment targets.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
- BA/BS degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred.
