Responsibilities
- Utilize various sourcing channels (LinkedIn, job boards, networking) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Conduct thorough screening interviews to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and candidates in the Houston market.
- Manage the full lifecycle of the recruitment process, from requisition to offer acceptance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Track and report on recruitment metrics and pipeline activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in a sales/recruiting role.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in staffing, recruiting, or sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proven ability to work independently and meet aggressive sales targets.
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
