Responsibilities
- Source and pre-screen qualified candidates across tech, finance, and healthcare sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for 15-20 active client positions simultaneously
- Develop and nurture strategic partnerships with hiring managers
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter tools
- Conduct behavioral interviews and reference checks
- Present shortlists with detailed candidate analytics and market insights
- Maintain 95% client satisfaction through proactive communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency recruitment experience with proven placement track record
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte's talent landscape and industry trends
- Strong negotiation and closing skills with executive-level candidates
- Proficient in ATS systems (Greenhouse, Workday, or Bullhorn)
- Exceptional written/verbal communication and presentation abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- PHR/SPHR certification strongly preferred
