Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for urgent client positions using advanced recruitment strategies
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers at top Seattle companies
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition to placement
- Conduct behavioral interviews and assess candidate technical/cultural fit
- Develop creative sourcing strategies to attract passive candidates
- Utilize Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track metrics and optimize processes
- Collaborate with marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives
Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or agency recruitment experience in Seattle market
- Proven track record of high-volume placements in tech/healthcare/finance
- Expert knowledge of local talent landscape and networking channels
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) preferred
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven environment with multiple priorities
- Strong analytical skills to interpret recruitment metrics and KPIs
