Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for AI/ML, DevOps, and Full-Stack engineering roles at top NYC startups
- Develop strategic sourcing pipelines across GitHub, LinkedIn, and niche tech communities
- Execute targeted outreach campaigns with personalized engagement sequences
- Conduct technical screenings and coordinate interview logistics with hiring managers
- Analyze recruitment metrics to optimize conversion rates and time-to-fill
- Build and maintain relationships with 50+ active tech clients in Manhattan
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with AI/Cloud/SaaS specialization
- Proven track record of placing senior-level engineers at Series B+ companies
- Mastery of Boolean search strings and advanced LinkedIn Recruiter functions
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Greenhouse, Lever preferred)
- Strong technical understanding of Python, Kubernetes, and MLOps
- Exceptional negotiation and stakeholder management skills
- Portfolio demonstrating 100+ successful placements in past 2 years
