Responsibilities
- Source and engage passive tech talent across Austin's vibrant startup ecosystem
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid-to-senior level engineering positions
- Develop strategic partnerships with 15+ tech companies including Dell, Indeed, and Spiceworks
- Conduct technical interviews and candidate assessments using modern evaluation frameworks
- Optimize recruitment funnels using data-driven analytics and ATS systems
- Mentor junior recruiters while maintaining personal placement quotas
Qualifications
- 5+ years technical recruiting experience with SaaS or enterprise tech companies
- Proven track record placing software engineers ($100K+ roles)
- Expert knowledge of Austin tech market and talent networks
- Proficiency in Greenhouse, Lever, or enterprise ATS platforms
- Strong technical understanding of full-stack, mobile, and cloud technologies
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-SCP preferred
