Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for various industries, including IT, Engineering, and Administrative sectors.
- Utilize advanced sourcing strategies and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to identify and engage high-quality candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their specific staffing needs.
- Conduct comprehensive phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate skills and cultural fit.
- Manage the placement process, ensuring seamless onboarding for new hires.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Attend local networking events and industry conferences in Colorado Springs to expand our talent pool.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Proven track record of successfully filling full-time positions.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a 'hunter' mentality for sales.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the Colorado Springs area.
