Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for open positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing.
- Utilize various sourcing strategies (LinkedIn, Boolean search, job boards) to build a robust pipeline of talent.
- Manage relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide market insights.
- Conduct comprehensive candidate interviews and prepare detailed feedback.
- Ensure compliance with all local and state employment laws, specifically California labor regulations.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance employer branding initiatives.
Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition, preferably within a staffing agency environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly hiring targets.
- Strong proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) such as Greenhouse, Lever, or iCIMS.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse candidates.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a heavy volume of requisitions.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
