Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing candidates.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of talent through networking, social media (LinkedIn), and industry events.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and culture fit.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to manage candidate data and track performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to identify emerging talent trends and salary benchmarks in the North Carolina market.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop client retention strategies and upsell additional services.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources within the United States.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding quarterly and annual placement targets.
- Strong proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, or similar) and recruitment software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel for client meetings and networking events.
