Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans for diverse client portfolios
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced LinkedIn Recruiter techniques
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and skill assessments
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from intake to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders
- Analyze market trends to advise clients on compensation benchmarks
- Maintain accurate candidate data in our ATS (Applicant Tracking System)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record of 50+ placements annually
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across multiple industries
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (Greenhouse, Workday, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- SHRM-SCP or CIPD certification preferred
- Deep understanding of New Orleans' talent landscape
