Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for diverse client portfolio (IT, healthcare, finance)
- Develop strategic sourcing plans using advanced Boolean techniques and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-demand roles
- Conduct client consultations to refine job requirements and market positioning
- Lead interview processes with data-driven selection methodologies
- Manage applicant tracking system (ATS) compliance and reporting analytics
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize team workflows
Qualifications
- 5+ years in agency/staffing recruitment with Bay Area focus
- Proven track record placing technical and executive roles
- ATS proficiency (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday preferred)
- Strong network of Bay Area professionals across industries
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Expertise in diversity recruitment strategies
- Data-driven approach with KPI reporting experience
- Valid California driver's license for client meetings
