As a key member of our staffing agency, you will be responsible for connecting top-tier talent with leading industries in the automotive, manufacturing, and healthcare sectors. You will leverage your expertise in full-cycle recruiting to drive business growth and deliver exceptional service to our clients.
Responsibilities
- Sourcing & Scheduling: Execute full-cycle recruiting processes, including sourcing passive candidates, screening, interviewing, and scheduling candidates for onsite interviews.
- Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and clients to understand their unique staffing needs and long-term goals.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends in talent acquisition and recommend strategies to improve our candidate pipeline.
- Placement Management: Negotiate offers, manage contract-to-hire transitions, and ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- CRM Utilization: Manage and update candidate data in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting.
- Brand Advocacy: Represent Apex Talent Solutions at local networking events and job fairs to enhance our employer brand.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in recruitment, staffing, or human resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and major ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Workday).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate value propositions to candidates and clients.
- Dedication: Strong work ethic, self-motivation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Location: Must be based in or willing to commute to the Detroit Metropolitan area.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
