Responsibilities
- Sourcel and vet qualified candidates for urgent client openings using Boolean searches and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Conduct behavioral interviews and technical assessments for specialized roles
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring campaigns
- Manage full-cycle recruitment process from offer negotiation to onboarding
- Collaborate with sales team to develop staffing solutions for enterprise clients
- Utilize Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS to track metrics and optimize workflows
- Present weekly market intelligence to clients and leadership team
Qualifications
- 3+ years in agency or corporate recruitment with proven track record
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment across technical or healthcare roles
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP preferred
- Advanced proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM tools
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills with 85% offer acceptance rate
- Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze recruitment metrics
