The Role You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from client consultations and job requisitions to candidate sourcing, interviews, and placements—while building lasting relationships with both clients and candidates.
Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates for diverse industry roles using advanced recruitment strategies
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to understand staffing needs and business objectives
- Conduct in-depth candidate interviews and assessments to ensure cultural fit and skill alignment
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including job postings, negotiations, and onboarding support
- Leverage digital platforms and networking to expand talent pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
- Analyze market trends to provide competitive insights on compensation and talent availability
- Collaborate with team members to optimize recruitment workflows and candidate experiences
- Track key metrics and report on recruitment performance to leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably in a staffing agency environment
- Proven success in placing candidates across multiple industries (tech, healthcare, finance, etc.)
- Expertise with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment software (e.g., Bullhorn, Workday)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license with reliable transportation for client meetings
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred
