Responsibilities
- Source and screen qualified candidates across diverse industries
- Build and maintain robust candidate pipelines using ATS systems
- Conduct in-depth interviews and skills assessments
- Partner with clients to understand hiring needs and culture fit
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for temporary and permanent roles
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions

Qualifications
- 3+ years of staffing or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven track record in high-volume hiring environments
- Expertise in sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in deadline-driven, urgent hiring scenarios
- Knowledge of Baltimore's job market and key industries
- Relevant certifications (CPSR, CSP) preferred
