Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment for high-priority client assignments
- Source passive candidates via LinkedIn, niche job boards, and referral networks
- Conduct technical and behavioral interviews with 15+ candidates weekly
- Manage client relationships and provide weekly placement progress updates
- Optimize recruitment funnels using Greenhouse and Bullhorn ATS systems
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies for hard-to-fill positions
- Maintain 95% candidate satisfaction through transparent communication
Qualifications
- 3+ years agency or corporate recruitment experience
- Proven success placing technical or specialized professionals
- Expert knowledge of Charlotte's talent landscape
- ATS certification (Greenhouse, Bullhorn, or Workday)
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to manage 15+ concurrent requisitions
- BS/BA in Human Resources or related field
- Unrestricted right to work in the US
