Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using various platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, and networking events.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent for key client accounts within the Nashville market.
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral and technical interviews to assess cultural fit and skill proficiency.
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from requisition to offer and onboarding.
- Develop strong, long-term relationships with hiring managers to understand their evolving business needs.
- Provide market insights and salary benchmarking data to clients and candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience is a plus.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding placement targets and sales goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on relationship building.
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM software (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever, Salesforce).
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to client sites and industry events.
