Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment processes for high-demand roles in technology and healthcare sectors
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers to understand talent needs
- Source and engage passive candidates through advanced Boolean searches and networking
- Conduct candidate interviews, skill assessments, and background verifications
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) to ensure data accuracy and compliance
- Analyze market trends to provide actionable insights on compensation and talent availability
- Mentor junior recruiters and optimize recruitment workflows for efficiency
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with focus on technical or healthcare roles
- Proven track record of meeting recruitment KPIs (time-to-fill, placement rates)
- Expertise in ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or Workday) and sourcing tools
- Strong understanding of EEOC regulations and compliance requirements
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
- SHRM-SCP or CER certification preferred
