Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end recruitment cycles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and placing candidates.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of talent using creative sourcing strategies and social networking.
- Conduct thorough candidate assessments to ensure cultural and technical fit.
- Negotiate offers and manage the onboarding process for new hires.
- Develop strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their strategic staffing needs.
- Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track pipeline metrics and optimize recruitment funnels.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or staffing.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and placement targets.
- Proficiency with modern ATS platforms (Greenhouse, Lever, or similar).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
