- Source and engage high-caliber candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full-cycle recruitment using Greenhouse and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Develop strategic partnerships with 20+ key clients in DFW metroplex
- Analyze market trends to optimize recruitment strategies
- Maintain 95% fill rate for technical and executive positions
- Mentor junior recruiters on industry best practices
Qualifications
- 5+ years in corporate/staffing agency recruitment
- Proven success in placing technical candidates (ATS, SQL, cloud roles)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Expertise in Boolean sourcing and candidate assessment
- Strong network of Fort Worth tech professionals
- Track record of exceeding quarterly KPIs
