Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place qualified candidates for diverse client positions across multiple industries
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Execute full-cycle recruitment: from job requisition to offer negotiation and onboarding
- Utilize advanced sourcing techniques including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and networking
- Analyze market trends to provide strategic talent recommendations to clients
- Manage applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment metrics reporting
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to continuous process improvements
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience in a staffing agency environment
- Proven track record of meeting placement KPIs and client satisfaction targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates across technical and non-technical roles
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with executive-level presence
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (e.g., Bullhorn, Greenhouse, Workday)
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
