Responsibilities
- Execute full-cycle recruitment strategies for high-demand roles in Philadelphia's tech, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Develop and maintain robust pipelines of passive candidates through innovative sourcing techniques
- Conduct behavioral interviews and candidate assessments aligned with client company cultures
- Manage client relationships, understand hiring needs, and provide strategic recruitment consulting
- Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and CRM tools to optimize recruitment workflows
- Analyze market trends and compensation data to position candidates competitively
- Mentor junior recruiters and contribute to team performance improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience with staffing agencies or corporate talent acquisition
- Proven success placing candidates in Philadelphia's tech, healthcare, or finance sectors
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and industry networks
- Certified Staffing Professional (CSP) or SHRM-CP certification preferred
- Advanced proficiency in ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and CRM tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to build rapport with candidates and clients
- Results-driven mindset with demonstrated ability to exceed placement KPIs
