Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and place top-tier candidates across IT, healthcare, and finance sectors
- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from job requisition to onboarding
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with hiring managers and clients
- Leverage ATS systems (Greenhouse preferred) to optimize recruitment workflows
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies including social media and passive candidate outreach
- Analyze market trends and compensation benchmarks to inform recruitment strategies
- Mentor junior recruiters and drive team performance metrics
Qualifications
- 5+ years of technical recruitment experience with agency or corporate background
- Proven track record placing specialized roles in Phoenix's competitive market
- Expertise in full-cycle recruitment and candidate relationship management
- Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- SHRM-SCP or CTS certification preferred
- Deep understanding of Arizona's labor market dynamics
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, target-driven environments
