- Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to placement with 95% client satisfaction target
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients to understand hiring needs
- Develop innovative recruitment strategies using data analytics and market insights
- Lead candidate interviews and assessments ensuring cultural fit and skill alignment
- Maintain accurate CRM records and generate weekly performance reports
Qualifications
- 3+ years of recruitment experience in a staffing agency or corporate environment
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding placement targets
- Expertise in sourcing passive candidates via LinkedIn, Boolean search, and networking
- Strong knowledge of Atlanta's job market and industry trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with executive-level stakeholders
- Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics tools
