Responsibilities
- Execute Comprehensive Testing: Run regression suites and smoke tests every weekend to guarantee product stability and performance.
- Bug Management: Identify, document, and verify defects using Jira and Selenium, providing clear reproduction steps for developers.
- System Monitoring: Monitor system logs and performance metrics to proactively detect and resolve potential issues before they impact users.
- Collaboration: Partner with the development team to prioritize critical patches and discuss architectural changes.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date test plans and technical documentation regarding weekend deployment procedures.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in QA Automation or Software Testing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Java, or JavaScript) and SQL.
- Tools: Strong knowledge of Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation frameworks.
- Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays on a consistent basis.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively report technical findings.
