Responsibilities
- Design, configure, and manage enterprise-level network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot complex issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Implement and maintain network security protocols, firewalls, and VPNs to protect sensitive data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to upgrade and optimize network resources for scalability.
- Conduct regular network audits and capacity planning to anticipate future requirements.
- Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers and support staff.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering and architecture.
- Strong knowledge of Cisco and Juniper network hardware and software.
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or JNCIP are highly preferred.
- Proficiency in network security standards (e.g., CIA triad, firewall management).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with cloud networking technologies (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
