Responsibilities
- Provide advanced Level 2 and 3 technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across multiple operating systems.
- Manage and configure end-user devices, including laptops, tablets, and mobile phones, ensuring optimal performance.
- Monitor network infrastructure and security protocols to identify potential vulnerabilities and resolve incidents quickly.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new IT policies, software updates, and hardware rollouts.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all incidents, solutions, and system configurations using our ticketing system.
- Conduct regular training sessions for staff to enhance IT literacy and security awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or systems administration.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Familiarity with cloud services (Azure or AWS) and virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Professional certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Security+ are highly preferred.
