Responsibilities

- Collaborate with C-suite executives to integrate future vision into corporate strategy
- Produce high-impact foresight reports and visualizations for executive and stakeholder audiences
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and think tanks to pioneer future research methodologies
- Mentor junior futurists in advanced trend analysis and horizon scanning techniques
- Present findings at industry conferences and publish thought leadership in peer-reviewed journals
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Foresight, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future-focused R&D
- Proven track record developing scenario-planning frameworks for Fortune 500 companies
- Expertise in quantitative trend analysis and qualitative futures research methodologies
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (quantum computing, synthetic biology, neurotech)
- Exceptional communication skills with executive audiences and diverse stakeholders
- Published author or keynote speaker in futures studies or innovation strategy
- Portfolio demonstrating successful future-vision projects with measurable impact
